Course Structure

This 8-week training embarks on a journey to explore and implement foundational spiritual development practices. These are the anchors that I and other seasoned energy practitioners rely on day in and day out.  You will build your spiritual toolkit through a series of shared practices, the exploration of intuitive tools, and unique experiences. Your understanding of your energy system will profoundly deepen and expand during this expanded class.
