Medicine Wheel Journey
South Direction (Months 1-3): Fire element work, releasing what no longer serves, serpent medicine, reconnecting with innocence
West Direction (Months 4-6): Water element healing, shadow integration, jaguar power medicine, emotional alchemy
North Direction (Months 7-9): Earth element grounding, wisdom cultivation, buffalo abundance medicine, elder preparation
East Direction (Months 10-12): Air element visioning, purpose clarification, eagle perspective medicine, sacred action planning

Throughout your journey, you’ll build your personal medicine mesa—a sacred collection of 13 stones representing the teachings and medicine of each direction. This becomes your ongoing spiritual tool and connection to the wisdom you’ve integrated.
